VirtualIn this session participants will learn effective and positive ways to engage with OST participants who have different learning abilities. Participants will learn about the different types of learning abilities, and how they effect a students learning experience. This session will be facilitated by Variety, the Children's Charity of Delaware County. Please be prepared to discuss challenges that you are currently facing at your OST site. Due to limited capacity, please limit attendance to no more than two staff members per site.

Inclusivity 101
VirtualThis training will focus on and discuss inclusive tools and techniques which can be adopted into OST programming. The Inclusivity training will include and cover topics such as: creating inclusive activities; developing a culture of inclusivity; and supporting caregivers of youth with special needs.
