The session introduces practical communication practices that deepen relationships and ensure families feel valued. Staff will examine how cultural responsiveness, transparency, and shared decision making strengthen program quality and student outcomes. By the end, participants will be equipped with tools to amplify parent expertise and build collaborative partnerships that support young people holistically. |
