
This virtual workshop 4-part series is designed for supervisors in OST programs, with all staff welcome to attend. Participants will explore the foundational elements of emotional intelligence through engaging, interactive sessions. The series encourages self-reflection and offers practical tools to better understand emotions, recognize personal strengths, and identify areas for growth. By building emotional awareness, participants will be better equipped to manage their responses and strengthen communication and relationships in the workplace.
This session emphasizes the importance of social awareness and empathy in building successful interpersonal relationships. Participants will explore methods for understanding and appreciating diverse perspectives, fostering a more inclusive and harmonious environment in their workplace or community.
