Mental Health First Aid (In-Person)

Mental Health First Aid is a training program that teaches participants how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. This training is designed to help individuals take action when they notice signs of stress or worry by providing practical tools for support, understanding, and care.
Participants will receive:
- A certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, upon successful completion of the training.
- Lunch provided during the training.
