Be Fair & Honest: Leading with Integrity and Trust by Strive: How You Lead Matters

Integrity builds influence, and trust sustains it. In this session, participants will explore what it means to “be fair and honest” as leaders and professionals. Through self-reflection, small-group dialogue, and role-play, they’ll examine how honesty, accountability, and ethical decision-making shape culture and relationships at work. The session focuses on communication habits that build transparency, trust, and mutual respect within teams. Participants will leave with practical tools to navigate difficult conversations, foster psychological safety, and lead with consistent integrity.
