Out-of-School Time programs are the backbone of providing a safe, caring, and learning environment for young people in the community. This is no simple task to achieve for the adults who have accepted this position. Supervisors who work with these adults need positive strategies to engage adults in helping young people to become the best version of themselves. Building a motivation mapping framework to provide a clear, visual blueprint of a journey or process that enhances clarity and understanding for better teamworking outcomes.
